1 pound Ground Beef
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
1/4 teaspoon Ginger
2 teaspoons Oil
1 Red Bell Repper,cut into 1/2″ pieces
1 (6 ounces) package Frozen Snow Peas, defrosted
3 cups cold Cooked Rice
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
1/4 cup Scallions, sliced
Brown beef, garlic, and ginger over medium heat for eight to ten minutes.
Pour off drippings. Remove beef. In the same skillet, heat oil. Stir fry red pepper and snow peas for three minutes. Add rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and beef. Heat for five minutes. Add scallions and serve.
